How does the concierge service work?
E-mail us your dates and wishes, or use the form. We take on a limited number of trips each month. We reply within one working day with questions and a quote, then hold a call to shape the plan. You receive your personal itinerary as a PDF and, with VIP, WhatsApp support during your stay.
Do you make bookings for me?
We make restaurant reservations and arrange private boats, drivers and guides on your behalf. Hotels and flights stay in your own name; we advise and can hold options. All bookings depend on availability.
How far ahead should I request?
Two to four weeks is ideal. For Ramadan, Eid, tulip season and December, request as early as you can.
